Can I collect the goods in person?
To collect your order in person, please contact the office at ul. Jana Matejki 9, 91-402 Łódź. Available payment methods: BLIK, card and cash.
What is the delivery time?
The key moment is when your payment is posted. We try to ship the parcel no later than the next business day after payment (or after placing the order if you choose cash on delivery). Depending on the delivery method you choose, your order should reach you after 24 or 48 hours from the time of sending. However, we are not responsible for delays resulting from the actions of the courier company DHL and InPost.
How can I benefit from free shipping?
We offer free delivery via InPost parcel lockers and DHL courier (with prepayment) for orders over PLN 249.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer the following payment methods:

How much time do I have to pay for my order by traditional transfer?
Payment for the order must be made within 7 calendar days. After this time, the order will be automatically canceled.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer delivery within Poland via parcel lockers and InPost couriers.
Delivery to a parcel locker for prepaid orders over PLN 249 is free.
The delivery cost in other cases is:
* InPost parcel lockers - prepayment - PLN 12 (for orders below PLN 249)
* InPost parcel lockers - cash on delivery - PLN 15
* InPost courier - prepaid - PLN 14
* InPost courier - cash on delivery - PLN 20
* Personal collection in Łódź - PLN 0
Will the courier contact me before delivery?
The courier has the customer's phone number, but is not obligated to call the recipient. The courier selects the time of delivery.
Wrong/Damaged Product - What to Do?
Always check whether the package has not been damaged during transport before accepting it. If the packaging has visible external damage, we recommend that you contact us immediately at 607600102. If you are referring to a mistaken product, please proceed in the same way, i.e. please contact us at 607600102, or send an e-mail to biuro@anataka.pl

How do I make a return?
Please fill out the form attached to the receipt, place it in the parcel together with the products subject to return, and then send the whole thing by any carrier to the following address: Biuro Anataka ul. Jana Matejki 9, 91-402 Łódź.
Which carrier should I use for return/exchange?
The choice of carrier is yours. Returns/exchanges/complaints should be sent by any carrier to the address Biuro Anataka ul. Jana Matejki 9, 91-402 Łódź.
How long will it take for me to receive a refund for a returned order?
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the return shipment from the Customer. We make every effort to ensure that the waiting time is as short as possible. In our store, we usually return the money within a maximum of 3 working days from receiving the returned goods.
Can I exchange a product?
To exchange a product, please fill out the form attached to the receipt, place it in the parcel together with the products to be exchanged, and then send the whole thing by any carrier to the following address: Biuro Anataka ul. Jana Matejki 9, 91-402 Łódź.
How to advertise a product?
To file a complaint, you must send the damaged product along with proof of purchase to the following address: Anataka, Matejki 9, building B, 91-402 Łódź. As soon as the item reaches us, we will look at it in the complaints department and provide information on how we are solving the problem.
Complaints about goods purchased in a brick-and-mortar store are possible at any Anataki showroom. To make a complaint, you must provide the original proof of purchase (e.g. sales receipt, VAT invoice) along with the product.
How long does it take to process a complaint?
We consider complaints within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
Can I cancel my order?

How to choose the right size?
The product description provides dimensions for size 34/36 or XS/X. For each subsequent size, add 4 cm in circumference. Products are measured flat without stretching.
Can I receive two separately placed orders in one shipment?
If the order has not been processed by the warehouse and courier, it is possible.

How do I get a discount code?
You can receive a discount code as part of a marketing campaign or by subscribing to our newsletter.
Where to enter the discount code?
To add your discount code, go from the "Your Cart" tab to checkout. There is a field labeled "Discount Code" . Enter your code in the field and click "Apply" . Once you have added the discount code, you will see that the discount has been deducted from the total amount.

The availability of our products is updated on an ongoing basis. However, if you have a question about its availability, write us a message.
