Gift Card Regulations
I. General Information
- This Terms and Conditions document defines the rules for selling and using Anataka Gift Cards, both in electronic form (hereinafter "e-Gift Card") and – if available – in the form of a material purchase confirmation sent by post (hereinafter "Gift Package").
- Anataka Gift Cards are issued and operated by Anataka sp. z o.o.
- Purchasing a Gift Card implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
II. What is an Anataka Gift Card?
- An Anataka Gift Card is a bearer voucher that entitles the holder to purchase products available exclusively in the Anataka online store operated at anataka.pl.
- The Gift Card is in digital form and is generated by the Shopify store system.
- The Card can be given to anyone.
- A lost card cannot be recreated, nor will a new card be issued in the event of its theft, loss, or damage. The Cardholder is solely responsible for its proper use and security.
- Cards obtained from any illegal source or in an illegal manner are invalid and do not entitle the holder to purchase products, and any amount from such a Card is not due to its holder. In case of any suspicion of unlawful acquisition of the Card, Anataka has the right to verify the above to the extent possible.
- The Card is the property of Anataka. The Cardholder is merely its disposer.
III. Types and Denominations of Gift Cards
- Anataka offers the following Gift Card denominations:
- PLN 100
- PLN 200
- PLN 500
- PLN 1000
- Cards can be used multiple times, until their balance is depleted or their validity period expires.
IV. Purchasing an Anataka Gift Card
- The Gift Card is sold in the Anataka online store as a digital product.
- After purchase, the buyer receives the Gift Card by email, in the form of a code enabling payment.
- The Customer may additionally purchase a Gift Package, which is a physical box with confirmation of the Gift Card purchase. The Gift Package is decorative and is not a payment instrument.
- Payment for the Gift Card is made exclusively by payment methods available in the Anataka store. Gift Cards cannot be paid for with other Gift Cards.
- The acquisition and/or use of the Card requires prior acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, which are made available to Customers upon purchase of the Card and are available on the Anataka website.
V. Rules for using Gift Cards
- The Gift Card can only be used for products available in the Anataka online store.
- The Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash, neither in whole nor in part.
- If the order value is lower than the Gift Card balance – the unused portion remains available for further use until the end of the validity period.
- If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using any available payment method.
- The card cannot be registered or assigned to a customer account in the Shopify system (which operates the anataka.pl store).
- The Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
- Anataka does not operate a marketplace – the Gift Card cannot be used outside the anataka.pl store.
- The Card may not be used for any marketing or promotional purposes for goods or services marketed by any third parties other than Anataka.
VI. Gift Card Validity
- The Gift Card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- After the expiration date, the Card becomes invalid and cannot be used.
- Anataka does not extend the validity of Gift Cards.
VII. Order fulfillment using a Gift Card
- To make a purchase using a Gift Card, enter the Card code in the cart or during checkout.
- The Card can be used multiple times, until the balance is depleted.
- The Gift Card balance is visible when placing an order or in the email the customer received after purchasing the Card (according to Shopify functionality).
VIII. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Gift Card can be submitted via:

Customer's first and last name or company name,
contact details,
order number or Gift Card code,
description of the problem. - Anataka processes complaints within 14 days of receipt.
IX. Right of Withdrawal
- A consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of an unused e-Gift Card within 14 days from the date of purchase. Similarly, such a right is granted to an entrepreneur running a sole proprietorship if the contract under which they purchased the Card is directly related to their business activity, but the content of this contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for them.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to a Card that has been even partially used.
- Notification of withdrawal should be sent to the customer service email address.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method as used for the purchase.
X. Personal Data
- Personal data is processed in accordance with Anataka's Privacy Policy available on the store's website.
XI. Final Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
- Anataka may amend the Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, including technological, legal, or organizational.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions do not affect the acquired rights of Customers.
